If you are using this platform for the first time, you need to register with this "Online Transcript Request Interface" by clicking REGISTER link below. Fill the form and retrieve the password from the valid email you provided. Note: check the SPAM folder of your mail in case it's not in the INBOX and don't forget to mark the mail NOT SPAM so that it can go to your inbox and to avoid it beign automatically removed from your mail after sometime.
Subsequently, the email and password shall be used as login credentials.

| After logged-in you are expected to completely fill your profile (first time login only) Note: You need to cross checked your input on the profile form, because you can't make changes after final submit. |
| *The payment link is disable on two conditions, one if the profille is not competed and two if request has been made for the payment. |

| * Make Payment: The payment must be made only through this application using different option in REMITA plaform. WARNING!!! don't go to REMITA website to generate RRR, it has to be generated from this portal only. |
| * My Payment link is log of sucessful payment in which request has been made for. |
| * Once payment is successful, click SUBMIT button and use Make Request link to apply for your transcript to be sent to a particular destination |
| * My Requests link of log of your previous requests. |
| *Use Track Application link to get track code for your request to monitor your mail (transcript) until it get to desired destination. |
